VaperMate Defect, Return, and Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

VaperMate ships all wholesale orders via UPS. You may choose your shipping method, and free shipping is offered with orders over $500. 

VaperMate ships all private orders via USPS. You may choose your shipping method, and free shipping is offered with orders over $50. 

We do not ship to states we are not legally allowed to do business in. 

You may call or email us at any time to request tracking information if you did not receive it or cannot view the order from your account. 


Return Policy

Pease contact our customer service team by email (click here) with a description of the problem, along with your order number, by the allotted time listed below. Your order number can be found on the upper right corner of your receipt. If the issue cannot be resolved by email, we will send you instructions on how to send the item back for replacement along with a RMA number.

Replacements are only shipped after we receive the returned item(s).

All Dead on Arrival (DOA) and wrong item claims must be reported to us within 72 hours from the delivery time as noted by the postal carrier. Through this policy, we only exchange products or provide a store credit, which can be used throughout our entire website.

All batteries, cartomizers, atomizers, and replacement coils have a 30 day warranty. You must have a RMA number established within 30 days of receipt of order as noted by the postal carrier.

All e-juice sales are final unless the product received is different from what was ordered and has not be opened or used.

If an item is unwanted or shipped incorrectly, the package must be unopened and a claim reported within 72 hours from the delivery time as noted by the postal carrier for it to be deemed acceptable for return. If an item is DOA or breaks within 30 days of receipt as noted by postal carrier, the item must not have more than normal wear and tear present when returned. Please note that scratches and discoloration are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered by any warranty.

Unacceptable hard wear and misuse for each item is listed below, but not limited to:

Batteries, Chargers, Atomizers, Cartomizers, & Replacement Coils

- unsupported charging methods
- dropping
- cross threading
- water damage
- tampering
- unauthorized uses
- temperature damage (hot or cold)
- cross usage between our products and the products of other manufacturers/distributors
- leaking from unsupported e-liquid

VaperMate LLC has several different flavors of e-liquid that have been labeled appropriately and deemed unusable for use in plastic tanks. Plastic tanks cracked by these flavors or any other company's e-liquid will void our warranty.

Please test all products for defects upon receiving your order and notify us immediately if an item is DOA, defective, or a wrong item. Unless specifically stated otherwise, all products carry an implied 30 day warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure. Warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer. The warranty begins on the day the product is received as noted by the postal carrier, and not on the day it was put into use.

Some items are not covered under our 30 day warranty, but only covered under DOA or wrong item return policy. These include cartridges, e-liquid, and clearance items. Any item that is returned because it is our fault or was received DOA, VaperMate LLC will cover the return shipping and handling cost.


Order Cancellation Policy

Please call us at 1-800-WOW-VAPE or submit a cancellation request via email. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order. Please note that orders submitted before 4:00PM Monday-Friday are typically shipped the same day.



We do not support the use of using other manufacturing brands with our products. We have found that this action can lead to decreased life or even failure in our product. Therefore, we are not held liable for defects or damages caused by cross usage between our products and the products of other manufacturers/distributors.



Contact VaperMate LLC via the Contact Us page or by calling 1-800-WOW-VAPE and obtain approval from an agent to send the item back with an RMA number.

Repackage returning item(s) including packing list/invoice requesting either a refund or exchange and original parts and packaging material.

Ship to address provided on the original packing list/invoice you receive with your order.

It is your decision on which carrier to use and also your expense; however, please note that packaging and package tracking are your responsibility. Please use caution as items we receive back in damaged or excessively used condition can result in denial of your return.


Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving returned items in satisfactory condition, and will be refunded to the same payment method used at time of purchase.
